Japanese Dinner

Sukiyaki
A typical Japanese meal consists of a bowl of rice known as gohan, a bowl of miso soup (miso shiru), prickled vegetables (tsukemomo) and fish or meat.

Tunkatsu Curry Ramen
Rice is the staple food and it is short-grained rice and sticky. It is used to make rice cakes (mochi), rice crackers (senbei) and rice wine (sake). Noodles (men-rui) often take the place of rice in a meal.
Sukiyaki is a beef (thinly sliced beef) and vegetable mixture. It is a stew whose element can be known or recognized as it is made in front of you, on your table. This is without interruption while you are eating it.

Japanese people are very healthy and live for long as they eat a lot of boiled food that has little fat thus consume less cholesterol. most of the time they eat boiled eggs rather than fried ones.

WASHOKU is a term that refers to the traditional Japanese cuisine. The cuisine includes sashimi, sushi, tempura, fresh fish and a lot of seasonal vegetables.
Tempura
Tempura is a delicately deep-fried seafood and is also accompanied with vegetables. It is served hot and crispy, lacy golden on the outside and juicy and succulent on the inside.
Sushi on the other hand is an assortment of small morsels of the freshest raw fish and seafood pressed into cold rice lightly seasoned with vinegar. It is dipped into soy sauce to give it a rich taste.
